Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy HR team within Education Services to deliver a professional HR service to both Managers and Heads of Establishment across Employee Relations, Workforce Planning and Attendance Management.  
 
You will provide expert technical advice, guidance and case management whilst ensuring effective interpretation and application of Council policies and procedures. You should be highly organised and have excellent administration and digital skills and experience working as part of a team with a desire to create a positive working environment. 
 
You will work directly to an HR Officer, whilst providing support and assistance to the Senior HR Officer on day-to-day operational issues and service reform projects.
 
You will be customer focused and have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage a range of conflicting priorities. Experience of HR service delivery within a unionised environment is desirable.
