Kitchen Assistant, Goathill Campus, Stornoway (2768)
20 hours Per Week, Permanent post
£14,152 - £14,298 per annum, inclusive of £1,482 per annum Distant Islands Allowance
Required for 20 hours per week at Goathill Campus. You will provide general support to cooks by cooking under supervision, preparing ingredients, cleaning, washing up, carrying out dining room duties and duties in the home if requested.
You should have previous experience of kitchen duties, preferably in a work setting and experience of cleaning, preferably to a cleaning schedule. You should have the ability to understand, retain and act on instructions along with the ability to work in a team.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade with annual incremental progression.
